RETURNS POLICY
You have a period of fourteen (14) days starting on the day after you take delivery of your products in which to cancel your order and return any unwanted items provided that the products you return are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (i.e. have not been used or taken out of sealed packaging).
Instructions for Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract (purchase of the goods) within fourteen days. Therefore, the returns period begins fourteen days from the day you (or a third party named by you, who is not the courier) took possession of the goods.

You can use my sample withdrawal form, but it is not required to make your return. Please include your message with your return, or inform me before the Return Period expires.
Consequences of the Return
If you withdraw from your contract, I shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest, within fourteen days from the date on which I received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by you. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.
I may refuse repayment until I have received the original goods back.
Please be informed that I do not receive parcels labelled cash on delivery.
The Right of Return does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated were manufactured specifically for an individual or were personalized or tailored to the individual consumer’s personal needs.
Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded or if it is expired while in your possession.
Contracts for the supply of goods, if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
RETURN OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
I can assure you that I make every effort to ensure that cosmetics that reach you are following the sales contract and are free from defects.
Complaint about damage during transport:
Remember to always check your package before picking it up. If you see the damage, check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. Writing a damage report in the presence of a courier will facilitate and speed up the handling of complaints.
]If you do receive damaged or faulty goods, you have the right to make a complaint.
