Carrot seed oil, cold pressed, unrefined
Carrot seed oil is obtained in cold pressing carrot seeds. An intense orange colour characterizes it. It is a highly delicate oil for the skin with excellent hydration properties in the epidermis cells. It is light and spreads quickly, absorbs well, does not leave a greasy film on the skin and does not clog pores.
Properties of carrot seed oil
Beta-carotene contained in the oil perfectly moisturizes. The oil prevents excessive water loss and regulates the water-lipid balance, making it suitable for dehydrated skin and skin with excessive sebum production. Effectively maintains the proper level of hydration of the stratum corneum.
Natural carrot oil is used in the care of dry, dehydrated, damaged, mature skin with signs of ageing, dry and losing its firmness. Vitamins A and E have anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties, thanks to which the oil is also intended for oily, acne-prone skin with excessive sebum production and problematic scalp. Carrot seed oil is recommended for people with a fair complexion who want to get the effect of a delicate tan and a natural golden glow.
Carrot oil also rejuvenates and brightens the epidermis and improves and evens the skin tone, making the complexion silky with a delicate, healthy peach shade. It gives the skin a light tan effect so that you can use it as a self-tanner. Rich in natural retinol (vitamin A), which has a regenerating effect. Thanks to the oxidative properties of carrot oil, it increases elasticity and firmness, ensuring a youthful appearance, delays the ageing process of the skin and reduces even deep wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones. Thanks to the high content of B vitamins, vitamins A, B, C, E and F, antioxidants and the richness of fatty acids (linoleic, palmitic, stearic) and minerals in carrot seed oil, it has antiviral and antiseptic properties. It is perfect for treating eczema, psoriasis, acne scars, blemishes and discolouration, reducing sun discolouration, and accelerating the healing of minor cuts, wounds, and blisters. Carrot oil protects against the harmful effects of UV rays and sunburn and regenerates the skin after sunbathing. It perfectly soothes irritations and protects the skin against external factors.

How to use it?
Remember! Natural UV filters are not as effective and permanent in skin protection as in sunscreen. Therefore, you should not use pure carrot oil in place of suntan oil.
Body massage with carrot seed oil helps to maintain proper hydration, reduce imperfections such as cellulite or sagging epidermis. It is also an excellent specific to be used during the massage of sore muscles and joints after intense training.
Carrot oil is used in the care of the scalp and dry weakened and damaged hair with treatments such as dyeing, lightening and perming. Regular massage stimulates the hair follicles and promotes hair growth. Additionally, the hair becomes moisturized, nourished, shiny and healthier.
Carrot seed oil is a great addition to creams, lotions and masks. You can also apply it directly to the skin instead of face cream. Apply a few drops of the oil to your hands and gently massage it into the skin of your face. Also perfect as a bath additive.
