Aleppo soap bar is renowned in health for helping with all types of skin problems, such as psoriasis and eczema. It has a very earthy scent that might seem strong if you have never used such soap. This soap bar is a great facial soap and works well as a shampoo bar (with vinegar rinse after). “30%” in the name of this soap indicates the amount of bay oil used to produce this soap. The laurel oil is added after olive oil is combined with soda. In this way, it helps to keep laurel oil’s value and benefits for the skin.

All soaps are 100% hand-made. The ingredients are combined manually, poured into forms, cut and decorated by hand. Therefore, they may differ slightly in shape or colour. However, the recipe is the same for each batch and equally delicate, foamy and efficient.

Please note that between use it should be kept away from water – best on a soap dish with holes or a strainer.

The white powder that you might see on the top of the soap is just soda ash, appears when the soap has contact with air and disappears after first use 🙂
